1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Asociația Club Sportiv Rugby Club Gura Humorului, Tax ID 39675160, with its registered office at Str. Sfântul Gavril nr. 37, Gura Humorului, jud. Suceava. Contact: office@rugbygh.com, tel. 0744 803 152.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:
- Contact / membership form: name, email address, phone (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, subscription date and communication preferences, if you subscribe.
- Sponsorship / 20% redirect form: company details, company bank details, sponsorship amount, contact and identification details of the administrator, signature and checked agreements.
We do not collect special categories of data under Art. 9 GDPR and we do not use automated profiling. For the sponsorship form, we request only the data needed to prepare the contract and communicate with the company representative.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to respond to your requests, process membership requests, prepare sponsorship / 20% redirect documents and send you club information (if you consented). For the newsletter, the data is used to send news, match announcements, events, community updates and Rugby Club Gura Humorului initiatives. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. For steps required to prepare the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose above or until you withdraw your consent. For the newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link included in each email or ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We use providers that help us operate the site (hosting, form processing service, including FormSubmit for sending requests by email, and Mailchimp for newsletter management), which process the data strictly according to our instructions. Newsletter data may be processed by Mailchimp outside Romania/EU, according to the data protection policies and safeguards offered by this provider.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to us at office@rugbygh.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.
