We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:
- Contact / membership form: name, email address, phone (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
We do not collect sensitive data and we do not use automated profiling.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to respond to your requests, process membership applications and send you information about the club (if you have consented). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box and submitting the form.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose above or until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We use providers that help us operate the site (hosting, form processing service), which process the data strictly according to our instructions.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
